About Our Loading Dock Work in Lansford
Our job is keeping your shipping and receiving doors moving: dock levelers, vehicle restraints and the doors that close each bay. Before a wrench comes out, you get the scope and the price factors in writing. Then we do what the paper says, and nothing gets added without your okay.

How We Run a Job
A dock that won't work stops trucks, and stopped trucks cost money. We keep that in mind on every call. Our work covers dock levelers, vehicle restraints, overhead doors, high speed doors and rolling grilles, plus preventative maintenance, equipment sales and installation.
Each job starts with a look at the equipment. We check what failed and why. A leveler that won't raise might have a hydraulic leak, a worn hinge pin or a bad control. A door that drags might need a spring, a cable or new rollers. We tell you what we found and what it will take to fix it.
Then we put it in writing. The quote lists the parts and the labor, and it names the things that can move the price, like access, parts lead time or damage we can't see yet. If we open something up and find more, we stop and talk to you before going further. You decide, not us.
What You Can Expect From Us
- 01
Scope on paper first
You see what we plan to do before we touch anything. The quote spells out parts, labor and what could change the number. No line items show up later that weren't discussed.
- 02
A straight repair-or-replace answer
Not every old leveler needs replacing. If a repair will hold up, we say so. If the deck, lip or pit is too far gone, we explain why and show you what we saw.
- 03
Work planned around your schedule
Trucks don't stop for us. We talk through which doors can go down and when, so receiving and shipping keep moving where they can.
- 04
Tested before we leave
We run the equipment under normal use before calling it done. Restraints engage, levelers cycle, and doors stop and reverse the way they should. Then we clean up and tell your crew what changed.
Where We Work
We're based in Lansford, PA and serve facilities across the area, including Tamaqua, Jim Thorpe, Nesquehoning, Summit Hill, Lehighton and Hazleton, along with Rush, Mahoning, West Penn and East Penn. Cold winters are hard on door springs, dock seals and hydraulic fluid, so a preventative maintenance visit before the cold sets in can head off a stalled dock in January.
